This Place in Me

This place in me, be it real or fantasy,
my own heaven. 
Where it is, I cannot tell you.
yet still I know it is there.

When?
I can define.
It is when your heart touches mine.
When we walk hand in hand.
When your skin is against mine.
A soft kiss on our lips.
Or a simple smile in the morning.

How?
This I know aswell.
It is how you stand beside me,
not in front or behind.
It is how you share your thoughts, your love, and your body.
It is how you give me your all, and I to you.
No one in between, no matter how far apart.

This place in me, it is you.
No pain or fear can thouch me there.
No man, woman, or even God can take it away!
Always in my soul, you my light, my love forever.
