Is that why they preach?
To save our souls, kicking and screaming as we do
From the attractions of hell

Do the animals wish to our humanity?
Is that why they smile?
Treat each other as we would treat you
Live in the best that is now

Do the stars wish to save our imaginations?
Calling down from the above
There is more out there
There is always something better

Why do I wish to save everyone?
Wanting more for my friends, my family
Watching them fall from my embrace

Is it because I think I’m better
All the answers, I have?
Or is it just that no one saved me?
