Nightmares haunting me in the day.
A dream
A scream
Pulse heightening
Heart beating on my eardrums
The face I saw
Was it a face
A monster
Human once, in another lifetime
Is it a dream
Is it reality
Is it my imagination running away
Running of to a place where dreams and reality merge
Become one
I don't know
I don't want to know
Will I be able to face the truth
Do we really know
What is truth, what is a lie?
