Here I Sit

Here I sit, my mind just a wandering.

Events of my life, things of the past.

The future still a haze, how could I know?

Thinking of friends, are they fine?

Watching for enemies, where will they come from?

Who are they, can I escape?

Clouds are in the sky, what a beautiful day.

Breeze a blowing, how cool I feel.

Sun dances across my face, what a splendid light.

Is this the day, or the next?

Oh what can be, where could it go?

Who am I, why is this happening?

How may I figure this out?

One fact I think I know though, I AM JUST SO CONFUSED.

With all that goes through my mind, life is still good.
