In praise of the Divine

Hello again, Bright and Glorious One
I greet you as you wake from your slumber to light the land
Warmth spreading over the Earth
Filling the land with Energy and Power
This day and this Dance are begun with you

Good night, Sun, oh light of the land
Sleep well beneath your blanket of stars
Thank you, oh Lord for dancing today's Dance with the Lady and yith us.
Until tomorrow, Flame of Spirit, I say goodnight
As you shut your eye and rest

Silvery watcher, I welcome you as you awaken
Lady, Bright and Mysterious
Dancing among the stars in the Heavens
Your velvety dress bejewelled- fit for you, the Queen of the Night
Filling th edarkness with a music, not so much heard as felt
I gaze upon you and feel blessed by your silver light.
Welcome Tonight.

This day's Dance is over, Tomorrow's just beginning
This is the interplay of Lord and Lady~ laughing, loving, spinning
Oh Lady close your gentle eye and rest as day now comes
Oh Moon lay down your lovely head and rest beside the Sun

I bid you slumber, Lady Fair
Awaken though, please, soon
As you sleep, He does caress your hair
As day goes on he sings for you
An enchanting, wordless tune.
