I still got love for you {poem}

I still got love for you
after all this time
I hate it's over between
you and I,
I hate the day you left,
but thats the descison you made,
that we must both live with
day to day
I've been holding on
thinking you would come back,
but no return I know
now I gotta move on,but a
piece of my heart still has love for you no matter what.
It hurts but it's something I must do,
give up on me and you
because I know by now
you and I won't ever be
one again....but regaurdless
to reality I still got love for you.
Time has changed people, feelings,
and thoughts.
Love has changed lives,minds,
and hearts.
I wont forget the memories we made
or the love we shared
because even after
all this time has passed
I still got
love for you.
