Glittery stars glittered in the dark, dark sky,

My eyes sparkled and twinkled by the glimmer of the moon so shy,

Oh how I wondered would be the world up there that wasn’t in sight,

Oh how I wondered what could be the secret behind this starry night.



I felt the clouds rushing to cover the moon’s face,

I saw those purple fluffy balls as they held a race,

Then they covered the moon’s face with extreme shyness and grace.

Oh how I wondered would be the clouds’ flight,

Oh how I wondered what could be the secret behind this starry night,



I ran across the garden and jumped to reach the stars,

Then I saw a tiny red ball by the side known as mars,

And the tiny spots on it looked like small scars.
