We all claim to want peace on earth, good will toward men...but what would happen if we were actually given the chance for it to happen? Would we take it or would we be suspicious? If it could happen in the blink of an eye; the end of war, the end of hunger, the end of poverty, would we believe it? Or would we run from it? Fr. Petyr is a simple parish priest in Hamtramck, Michigan, doing nothing more than praying with his followers. However, his followers are being healed. Have miracles occurred? If they have, then why? The Vatican wants to know and so do some others? Has Petyr been sent to save us? Or is he something more sinister?
I'm currently in the process of writing this novel. I grew up in Detroit and it just seemed like the right place to set this particular story. The characters are primarily fictitious.
