The Lake Of Stars: Chapter 2

My eyes flickered open. I was laying on soft grass and an open sky. Where am I? I thought. I got up started to walk around. I checked my body. All my bruises were still there. I walked ito a park. I looked around. There was no one there but a girl with long pigtails that were blonde. She was just sitting there until she saw me. she looked panicked. Then, she started to run away. "Wait!" I called. Suddenly, I found myself at a lake. It had turned to night and I was looking into my reflection. "Maybe I just scared her off with my greedy bruises." I sighed. "Maybe she thinks I'm not a good person." I muttered. "I'll act nice when she sees me again." I smiled. At that moment, the lake lit up. what the? Suddenly, it pulled me into the water. I started suffecating. Then I woke up with a start. What happened? I thought in panick. I looked around. I was in the nurses office! I saw the nurse getting acahoul for my wounds. " Now this might sting a little." she said while turning around. When she looked at me, her face was filled with horror. "WHO ARE YOU?!" she screeched. "What are you talking about? I'm-" my voice stopped me short. I had a much girlier voice than usual. I then looked into the mirror and saw that I had pink hair and red eyes. What's happened to me?! I thought.




I was still thinking about the incident by the time I was push out if there. When I got out, everyone was staring and whispering. Some of the girls were rushing up to me to ask if I was a new student and what I was doing on the imferfery. "I just had some minor ingeries. They're all gone now." I said in my new girly voice. "What happened?" Karen asked in concern. "Someone beat me up." I said. I wasn't going to tell her it was me because she might beat me up again. I looked up to see that her face showed anger. "Whoever did it is going to get a nice surprise." she said while cracking her nuckles. Suddenly Sora showed up. Every girl stopped looking at me and raced to Sora. At that note, I tip-toed out of the school and on my way home. Since I lived alone, no one could freak out on me. When I got inside, I was in that place again. The park that I saw that mystery girl. I went to the bench where I last saw her. But it wasn't her Isaw this time. It was Karen.



Shelaina?" ; asked Karen weakly. "Your here too?" "This is the same place that transformed me into that pink haired girl!" I squeaked. Karen looked at me wide eyeded. "so you were that girlwho was in the nurses office! I'm sorry! I thought you wwere trying tokiss Sora but he told me the truth. He said you weren't trying to do anthing with him." babbled Karen. I sighed. "Well, it's getting dark. let's go to the lake." I said quietly. I took Karen's hand and dragged her the same way I had gone last time. We're here. I said in my head. Karen sent down and looked at her reflection. "i won't beat you up ever again! I will be niceto you from now on." she said kindly. Suddenly, Karen started to change form. The light was blinding so I covered my eyes. By the time I uncovered my eyes, Karen was different. She had purple hair with blue streaks in it with one tiny pigtail. She had red eyes and was smiling at me. She had no pants and had a green and white shirt. Karen also had sneackers with long black knee socks. What is happening to us?!
