twilight
sweeps across
the lands through time
bringing with... silence
not caring, not thinking
it encompasses all things
covering everything in a
shrouded blanket of deep, dark, starred night
emerging from nowhere, stars, and moon dance
along the blue-black velvet of night's sky
moving, dancing, twirling to the other side
they blink and fade, struggling glow
flickering, a new twilight
brightness comes, a new start
time has been watching
guiding the path
of a new shine
new light
