Darkness

Like a shinny black light,
a very big shadow and void.
Where the distant sound of noise travels like a bullet,
and the atmosphere is calm and serene Like something might be lurking.
Thoughts zoom in and out as they please.
Gone are the days when you had power over me.
Now I feel no fear, only peace.
I have embraced you like I embraced death.
You know me like I know you.
You filled my mind and stained my heart.
As I look around you, I do not see evil, or wickedness nor all the other stereotypes,
I just see a misunderstood phenomenon
