the moons and stars, not the ones up in the sky. the candy bars you pay $1.50 for. they were much cheaper when i was a kid. a dollar fifty back then could by you a chocolate bar and a sour key. well, i guess the prices haven't been effected that much. what else? oh yeah, the stars and the moon, the ones in the sky that smile old grins, ones that were there a million years ago. makes you wonder how real a smile is, even if its right in front of you, it might be the representation of something that existed long ago. even if the stars aren't actually there, the moon is. a trick on your imagination, a visual illusion. is that what i see when i look up at night? a visual deception? every night, under a sheet of light which has been a trick played on my retina for the past twenty some odd years? How real can these stars be if they're not actually there?
