The hallways were silent.
It seemed so strange. On normal days, Liberty High School would have many kids out in the hallway, running things to the office for teachers, skipping class, getting homework that they missed. There wasn't one minute where nobody was in the hall. That is until last Tuesday.
Kimberly Huey, member of student council, straight a's, head cheerleader. She was gone, she had died.
How could the school let him come in, how didn't they notice the way his eyes shifted? Kimberly was just copying papers for Mr.Stetter, like she always did when he needed help. That's when it happened.
