Run to you (poem)

Sometimes I hide away behind this desolate prism of solace.
I can't speak for I have no breath, my lips numb from the pain.

Peering out through a small crack I want to reach out, but draw back.
When all is to much for me to hold,I seek shelter in your beautiful light.

I run to you and let the blood drip slowly from my scars.
I give it all to you,for no one else can ease my aching heart.

Laying down all the things that haunt my beautiful soul.
Shedding away the darkness that looms over my torn halo.

Your light is so bright and warm,it illuminates through the glass.
My prism instantly shatters as you reach to grab my hand.

Touching my tears with the most gentle voice,drying them with your words.
I run and seek solace in your beautiful, caring heart,for your the only one.

I give you my hurt and pain,my worry and sorrow,as the tears begin to flow.
I run to you, for your the only one who ever reached me,and never let go.
