My general idea was of a girl who has just moved to a large town with her boyfriend. But on a stromy night she gets struck by lightening and wakes up with immortal powers. She soon realises that she is caught up in the middle of a thousand year old war between immortals of different types. It seems that she is the only one who can stop it, or else the whole world will suffer. Her life will change forever as she battles with the most powerful forces and her own personal problems...
