what would you see if you looked through my eyes
is the rest of the world blind
cought up in emotion
nothing left of devotion
shall we not see
the failures of this world
all the boys and girls
left out in the street
nothing for them to eat
segments of our heart are cut away
as we give the blame away
for all the troubles of today
in the seat that rules our world
lies crulty to the little boys and girls
there futer is dim
same as there lights will begin, to do
yesterday we where in control
today everones on the dole
tomorow there will be noting but darkness
nothing to cure the heart ach
what ever happent do the days where all you neaded was a six string
to make everybody laught and sing
not some elctronic thing
you pay for just to hear it go bing
what have we become
cutting down our forists one by one
and for what
nosie crouded street lots
what happend to the good old days
where wherever you look there was some green
a beautiful sceane
and now all you can see is walls
narow halls
where all boxed in
just like a crim
what have the inocents done to deserve this
a world of ignorance and no bliss
