Falin's Tale

In the old world, before the great powers of men and elves;magic was strong in many creatures. It is whispered in the myths that there once existed a land of great power and evil, the land was known as the Kobald Isles.
The leader of the Goblin tribe was troubled, one of his wives had just died in childbirth, the screams of agony had shocked him badly. He looked down at her body again and wretched. The body was distorted and frozen in her death throws.
''It is a sign chief Gobel, the child must not be allowed to live, he will only bring destruction and harm'', croaked the shamen. ''The Gods have sent him to punish us for the treachery committed''.
