Alexis Batmin 4

Today was the day. The wedding day and Rob was still cooling down. Hoping he shows for his own wedding I go to get ready. I pull a knee length white summer dress with beading across the hips and a long stip of fabric down the side. I pin a bright yellow flower to my chest and put my mothers hat on that she wore at her smaller than mine wedding. I head outside and there is a limo with the words Lexi and Robby.

Rushing to it to see my mother I see Rob instead smiling. I grab his neck and hug him. "Robby your back" ! I cry. Sitting with Rob I start crying. " Stop Lexi, you will ruin your bridal make-up" Rob smiles. I look up at his croocked but yet perfect teeth. "So smart" I whisper.

At the court house me and Rob see Wynn, Amy, Becky and Joe standing waiting for me. When Wynn see's the limo she snaps pictures with her high tech professional camera. I smile stepping out and wave. My mom sees the huge hat on my head and starts to cry. She comes towards me. "Alexis Carol you are even more beautiful then I or your father could imagine". I hug her and give her a kiss on the cheek and walk up the steps to see the same judge who had me and Rob's case a while back.

Judge Jen steps fowards and smiles. " I see that law suit came out just fine". Jen is a beautiful, tall black lady who has 7 children. She is a single mom and many woman look up to her. The short wedding ceromny starts. I never cried but my father did and so did Wynn. By the time I am announced Mr. Rob and Alexis Mano I almost forget I'm at my wedding. I feel like I'm watching a bizzare movie. Rob grabs my hand and we head out to the limo. I wave to my friends and family and hop inside. I tell the driver where to go and were off.

When we arrive at the local beach I'm over joyed. Rob and I are snorkling as our honeymoon. I transfrom into my goggles and swim suit and head out to sea. There is a school of fish on my feet. I giggle making water come into my snorkel. Rob laughs to and we come up for fresh, cool air. "Best honeymoon I ever heard of" Rob says dragging me under again. We swim and swim till we get tired and head back up shore. I change into a pair of jeans and my FBI teeshirt and start towards the city bus with my new husband at my side never leaving.

When we get home we plop on the couch and watch television. Most people would hate us for wasting our wedding day but its our new life not theirs.
