I Am

I am a fluffy white cloud,
Drifting aimlessly through the blue sky.

I am a small sapling reaching high,
Trying hard to be a great redwood.

I am a gently swaying swing in the wind,
Yearning to be filled with the innocence of a child.

I am a stone at the bottom of a babbling brook,
Being carefully smoothed by the rushing waters.

I am that cat that stretches on the window sill,
In the warmth of the sun rays.

I am a restless honey bee,
That never stops for too long.

I am a camera,
that searches for the “perfect” shot.

I am a song,
That has yet to be written.
