Among the Ancients in Hidden, Timeless Splendor
}
AMONG the ANCIENTS

Among the Ancients there is a place,
where dewdrops lie undisturbed.
Shade flowers pray in down-ward face,
and the music of creatures is heard.

Such a stillness, such a quiet,
that few threads of gold reach,
where colors dark and deep,
ne'er fade under sun's bleach.

Graceful, soft-footed hind,
tread creek beds in respect,
While in towers of burly wood,
lofty, winged ones interject.

Life touches the wise who enter,
breathing deep into the soul,
where the mortals must surrender,
Among the ancient ones of old.

Psalm 1:3-
He is like a tree planted by streams of water that yields its fruit in its season,
and its leaf does not wither. In all that he does, he prospers.

Genesis 2:9-And out of the ground the Lord God made to spring up every tree that is pleasant to the sight and
good for food. The tree of life was in the midst of the garden, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil

1 Kings 19:5-
And he lay down and slept under a broom tree. And behold, an angel touched him
and said to him, “Arise and eat.”

Matthew 7:17-
So, every healthy tree bears good fruit, but the diseased tree bears bad fruit.
