Who is speaking, to me and through me?
Is it The One, who most cannot see?


the promptings, the stirrings, the restlessness in my soul
responding and reaching, making me whole


lost sheep and found sheep, know His voice
blind sheep and bum sheep, start to rejoice


prowling lion, can't seem to get his fill
devouring many, just for the thrill


wolves are circling, all around
wanting to distract us, snatching our crown


crown of thorns to Crown of Glory
man's senseless acts, same old story


and who am I, might you ask?
divinely appointed, to do one task


to be a watchman, on the wall
sounding the alarm, before the great fall!
