Perceptions

              The Old Testament tells the story of Abraham and his confederation of tribes
        in Judea. The kingdom of Israel began with the first King of Israel Saul in the 11th century.
        In Jordan there is the most ancient inscription referring to the kingdom of Israel.
        It is the Mesha Stele carved in the 9th century by Moabite Mesha.
                Palestine, was the land of the Philistines. An Arab kingdom that extended to
        the shore of the Mediterranean Sea to Syria and Jordan. This is very important in todays
        Israel. The Palestinians on the West Bank believe that Israel is an illegal state.
        It is important to acknowledge the Israel was established as a Jewish State.
        In that there can be no debate.
                All of which leads to an inevitable conflict with the Palestinians.
        There is only one solution. If the Jews in Israel wish to maintain control of their government;
        they can never allow a democracy. A true democracy would allow for the disolvement
        of a Jewish State. Democracy is a Greek word for "By the people."
        Palestinians would vote against a Jewish State. This is why the civil war ensues between
        Jewish and Arab citizens in Israel.
                I am certain it will lead to war and more oppression of Palestinians.
        The government of Israel will not surrender its sovereignty peacefully. The Jews are out numbered,
        but they have the protection of the United States and thermal nuclear missiles.
                I am an American. I do not want to see my country involved in an ancient tribal war.
        But, I can not forget what happened to six million Jews in World War II.
        The Jews have made their stand in Israel. This is their destiny.

        This would be a good time for a Messiah.
