She finds herself face to face with a were-creature

Juliet leaned over the sink holding a wet paper towel in her hand.  She put the dripping towel against her forehead and looked in the mirror.  The large bleeding gash stung as she pressed the alcohol soaked towel on her wound.  She glanced in the mirror and didn't recognize her  face.  Her nose was broken, and had a little knot at the top.  Her right eye was painted in black and blue bruises. She squinted through her left eye which was almost entirely swollen shut. There were seven deep scratch marks bleeding from her neck.  She tried to stop the sobbing from coming, but burst into tears, dropping down on her hands and knees.  She cried into the fuzzy pink rug and smashed her face against it.  Her eyes were closed, and the room started spinning.  Faster, and faster.  Then there was blackness.

Juliet had been laying in the bathroom floor for nine hours.
Drool was on the side of her face, and she tasted blood in her mouth each time she swallowed.  She wiped the excess drool  from her face with her sleeve, and tried to stand up.  She pushed herself upright with both arms standing on her knees.  She grabbed a hold of the sink and pushed her way onto her feet.

“Steady steady” she said to herself.

Juliet felt like her head was going to explode. She reached into the mirrored medicine cabinet searching for Percocets, Tylenol, ibuprofen.  Anything that would relieve her pain. The only pain medicine bottle she could find was aspirin.  She poured a handful of aspirin into her hand stuck her mouth over the running water and swallowed.  The medicine burned as it slided down her throat.  Bits and pieces of memories, more like small flashes in a camera were gradually coming back to her.  She tried to piece everything together and remember how she ended up in the floor.

Juliet screamed when she saw the scratch marks across across her stomach. Seven deep marks bled through her white tee shirt.  I shouldn't have survived she thought.  She pulled her hair back and tied it in a ribbon.  As she gazed in the mirror she screamed in horror.  The reflection in the mirror portrayed a huge creature standing near the bathroom door starring at her with demonic red eyes.  Blood dripped from it's fangs. The thing stood at least ten feet tall.  It had a head of a lion and a body with dried up scaly looking black skin.  She caught a whiff of the thing, and had to hold back vomit.  In its hands  was the head of her husband. He no longer had eyes, but huge black holes.  The corners of his mouth were curled up grinning at her.
Instinctively she knew the creature wanted to kill the baby inside of her.  She started to get dizzy. Black smoke entered the bathroom completely clouding her vision.  God help me.
