Glitter

The glitter of sunshine
washes over her
on autumn afternoons
as warm crispy leaves
float
down on a bed
of eternal rest.

She gazes upone
ripples
that dance
on the stream
and show off
Nature's loveliness.

Her heart glitters
in the pale, shy sun
of autumn - and
her heart is red
and her eyes are orange.
