What does the muse do
When not inspiring you?
Does she go to the zoo?
Perhaps she takes a snooze.
I'm sure she needs a break.
Could it be she has to bake?
Does she have time for cake?
What kind of plans does she make?
Maybe she likes to take a dip
Or relax with tea to wet her lip.
You could go and fix her a sip.
She could just want to go for a sit.
Wherever it is she goes
I hope that she knows
A thought like the wind blows
To a place no word grows.
Whenever she is not here
The world has much to fear,
But when she does come near
We welcome her so dear.
