Long, Thin

Her fingers
Long, thin, white
Spoke with an accent
As they turned the pages
Of the worn paper back book.

Her hair
Long, straight, black
Framed her face
Accented by blood red lipstick
That no woman should wear.

Her eyes
Deep, brown pools
Inviting, exciting, dangerous
Kiss the light
That dances through the door.

Her arms
Long, thin, white
Slide gracefully into the sleeves
Of her black leather coat
As she gathers her book from the table

Her legs
Long, thin, hidden
Under tight black slacks
As she glides across the floor.
