Clopin/Puck slash. Based on an old saying that has a new meaning for the tricksters. RateT |
"Clopin, did you really have to pull out your scythe?" Puck was still frowning at the other as they walked into the house, Clopin merely shrugging as he shut the door. Puck turned back to look at the other with his hands on his hips, eyebrow raised in disbelief. The fae was used to his lover doing malicious things such as this, but whipping out his scythe in the middle of a grocery store checkout line had come as a bit of a surprise none the less. And that was what Puck was trying to get an answer out of Clopin about. "Look, mon amour, you already know me to be the jealous type; and that girl was asking for it the minute we walked into the store," the gypsy shrugged once again, hanging up his coat. Puck rolled his eyes, keeping his hands firmly on his hips at Clopin's reply. "'Jealous' indeed. Clopin…you do realize that you tried to murder someone in the middle of the supermarket all because she touched my-" "Hey! She didn't just touch! She grabbed," Clopin cut the other off, turning to face him with a frown. Putting his own hands on his hips, he raised an eyebrow, not waiting for Puck to respond before continuing. "And I believe that I have the right to protect what is mine." Puck gave the other a strange look, turning away to take off his coat. "Clopin, she flirted with me and grabbed my ass in the checkout line; it's not that big a deal," Puck insisted, rolling his eyes again. "And what do you mean by that, that you have a right to protect what is yours? Are you saying that my ass belongs to you?" Puck gave an amused smirk, trying not to laugh as he turned back to face Clopin again. Clopin nodded solemnly. "But of course, mon amour. You are mine, after all," he teased, taking step closer to the fae. "No, I'm only joking. You are your own person of course. But I'd like to think that we sort of belong to one another, you know?" Clopin admitted with a sheepish laugh. Puck raised an eyebrow, smirking as he moved over next to the gypsy. "Of course we do. We hold the key to each other's heart," Puck said dramatically with a laugh. Pulling Clopin into a hug, he smiled again. "Like you said before, I'm yours." Clopin nodded with a smile, placing a quick kiss on the other's lips. "And I'm yours, mon petit fae. And because of that, we each promise that we will be the only other ones to hold one another in the way that we do, such as we are holding each other right now," Clopin gave a little chuckle, holding the other a bit closer as he said this. Puck smiled, closing his eyes for a second as his arms wrapped comfortably around the gypsy's frame. "So in a way, your ass is mine, you little imp," Clopin teased, giving another toothy grin as his hands settled around Puck's hips. The fae blushed slightly, rolling his eyes sarcastically up at the other. Clopin only laughed, releasing the other from his hold at last. With an amused sigh, Puck turned around as he started to head to another room, only to stop abruptly at an unexpected sensation below his lower back. Turning back around sharply, he widened his eyes at Clopin who was grinning cheekily as he headed in the other direction down the hall. AUTHOR'S NOTE: Alright, in case you were confused in any way during the story, what happened was this: When Clopin and Puck were at the supermarket, some random girl started to get a little flirty with Puck. They tried to ignore her, until when they were at the checkout line, she went a bit too far. Resulting in Clopin pulling out his scythe and getting them both banned from the store for life. Moral of the story: don't mess with the gypsy king's beau. |
