No apprehension, that gives us pause. No desire to give, or gain respect. No guilty conscience, of life's neglect. No dread, of everlasting brimstone and fire. No truth, so you become a habitual liar. No emotion, to sway, how you decide. No accomplishments, to give you pride. No children present, to see them grow. No pictures taken, so you can show. No partner, or person, next to you. No purpose in life, you can do. No hope for tomorrow, or today. No guiding light, to show the way. No caring, whether you die or live. No compassion present, or desire to give. No future memories, or thoughts of you. No committments, or pledges, belonging to a crew. No existence, for the world to see. No reason even, for you to be. |
