Watching color's explode above me,
Brings me peace and tranquility,
Red, White, Blue against the black sky,
When they finish I can't help but to sigh,
I slowly get up-my legs stiff from sitting,
The cold of the air doesn't seem fitting,
I begin to walk home shivering as I do,
And then I turn down the alley to take a route brand new,
I am not but five feet in when a shadow I see,
All of a sudden a man is on top of me!
I struggle and scream and try to fight,
He shoves a fist in my mouth so I do not bite,
He rips off my skirt and chucks it aside,
He pummels my head and everything is white,
But I can still feel the pain, I just cannot fight,
I can taste the dirt on his hand and the blood in my mouth,
I want him out! OUT!
And suddenly as he came he is gone once more,
And I am left-broken and sore.
