Manners

I have manners, I say thank you I say please.
I have manners, I’ll even bless you if you sneeze.
I always share my toys and I’m careful with the noise
when my mom and daddy take me to the library.
I have manners there apart of me.

I have manners, it’s only right to be polite.
I have manners, I say good morning and good night.
I always hold the door for the next one in line,
and if I loose my place I will handle it just fine.
I know it’s okay to be last and better to be kind. 
I have manners – there always on my mind.

Manners are the way you show others,
what you’ve learned from your fathers and mothers.
Right from wrong and wrong from right –
having manners makes you strong – it makes you polite!

I have manners I always wait my turn.
I have manners I only get what I earn, 
I never pick my nose in the company of others,
I’m always very nice to all of my friends mothers
and I never take things from my sister or my brother
I have manners - It's the way you treat one another!

I have manners, I know when to stay quiet.
I have manners I don’t steal it I buy it.
I always bow my head when saying blessings at the table,
I help out when and where I can, when and if I’m able.
I only watch what I’m allowed when turning on the cable
I have manners. My parents tell me they will make me stable 

I’m careful to be nice to any animal and pet,
I don’t kick chase or pull and haven’t been bitten yet. 
I haven’t found an animal that hasn’t liked me yet –
having manners is the safest bet!

I have manners I eat with my mouth shut –
I have manners I never itch my "you know what"–
I always say excuse me if I’m eating soup and slurp,
or if I drink a pop and let out a burp!
I never want to offend but safer out than in -
I have manners and I know when to say when!
