Another poem
Time passes it never stops,
Life spins like a never stopping clock.
Never pausing,
Never taking a break.
It keeps going,
A never ending fate.
It needs to be stopped before it’s too late.
Too late for me to be saved.
Too much time has passed for me to be helped.
Too little and too much at the very same time,
Too many times they believed me when I said I was fine.
They believed me too much when I said I was ok,
They just went along with their day.
Never reaching out,
Never talking to me,
Unless of course they were the one in need.
Too much time has passed for it to be undone.
Now you will be the unhappy one.
You’ll want to change what you said and did,
But too much time has passed for it to be forgived.
You’ll wish you had realized your mistake,
Realized it before it was too late.
Too little, too much, too long, not enough,
All at once.
When will they see I’m really not that tough?
