Furious

¹ With the world, I'm furious!  ~
Beware! All the curious! ~
Anger, I'm powerless  ~
Defiant, not hopeless. ~
The result of my choice ~
consequence with voice ~
I have my part in it ~
no doubt, that shoe does fit. ~
the part that others took ~
in essence closed the book ~
on my own sacrifice; ~

² Now seems I rolled the dice ~
I on others word depended ~
broken word, I've descended ~
Angry, hurt, disappointed ~
lonely, sad, life disjointed. ~
This one day I'll survive ~
Tomorrow's sun revive ~
A new start, a new day ~
Letting go, pain at bay.
