I just can't say

I can't tell you about the pain,
Because what it means I can't name.
Somehow you did it, you got through,
But what use is it, the way I feel for you?

I have to be strong, you can't know.
The tears I cry make me feel hollow.
I hide away in my room
So you don't see how much you consume.

My every thought to you belongs,
And every tear I cry is a sad song.

I can feel my heart tearing. It's ripping apart.
I don't know how you got so deep in my heart.

I can't sleep, thoughts of you run riot.
When you are near my heart won't be quiet.
Then I remember you don't feel the same.
What can I do to forget this pain?
