Teddy lived at Watery Hill. In his home there was love and compassion. Little Lisa loved him with all of her heart, almost as much as she loved her mother. In the white and pink room Teddy sat on her shelf, slept in her bed and lay on her floor. But as Lisa grew older the compassion faded and Teddy was given to charity.
He was angry and sad, his heart torn to pieces, but gradually began to forgive. When he was bought by a mother of three Teddy was suddenly happily loved by another, and Lisa became a faint memory of the past. But as Teddy sits on the shelf and sleeps in the bed and lies on the floor of a blue and white room, he remembers the girl from that past – he remembers his very first love.
