The good side of the seasons.
SUMMER

Every morning I feel the coolness of my room.
The twitter of birds fill my ears with sweet song.
I smell the savory aroma of breakfast.
The sun shows the beauty of the world as it rises.
The freshness of water is tastes sweet in the morning.

Every day the wind feels good during a hot day.
I hear the bustle of the towns people.
I smell like a river when I go swimming.
I see eagles soaring gracefully through the air.
The spiciness of pepperoni pizza tickles my taste buds.

Every evening the heat from the day lingers from the day.
The sound of laughter permeates through the room from my family.
I smell my cats fur as he rubs his head on mine.
I see the words in my book.
Ice cream tastes sweet as my snack.

Every night I feel the softness of my pillow.
The night is filled with the sound of silence.
The air smells fresh as it comes through my window.
Out the window I see, so bright the moon is shining in the sky.
I taste toothpaste as I go to bed.

FALL

Every morning I feel the warmth of my bed.
The sounds of howling wind fills my ears.
I smell the briskness of coffee my parents drink.
I see the lawn sparkle from frost.
I taste waffles I am having for breakfast.

Every day I feel the cool crispness of the air.
I hear the crunch of leaves under my feet.
I smell pies cooking in the ovens.
I see the beautiful colors of the trees.
I taste home made apple juice mom made.

Every evening I feel the weight of my laptop.
I hear the hum of the heater.
I smell a hot stew on the oven.
I see my cat chasing leaves blowing across the lawn.
I taste a juicy tender turkey basted to perfection.

Every night I feel my eyes close for the night.
I hear coyotes yapping in the distance.
I smell fresh clean sheets in my bed.
I see the shine of the stars through my window.
I taste toothpaste as I go to bed.

WINTER

Every morning I feel the warmth of my bed.
I hear a peaceful silence all around me as I go out.
I smell the scent of cinnamon
I see snowmen in the yards.
I taste the richness of hot chocolate.

Every day I feel the cold of snow.
I hear the crunch of ice crystals beneath my feet.
I smell the aroma of pine.
I see people in sweaters keeping warm from cold.
I taste warm, creamy chicken noodle soup.

Every evening I feel the warmth of the fire.
I hear songs from carolers.
I smell smoke from fires heating homes.
I see colors of Christmas lights.
I taste home made fudge my aunt makes.

Every night I feel the socks keeping my feet warm.
I hear the crackle of the fire.
I smell crisp cold winter air.
I see the powder of snow falling from the sky.
I taste toothpaste as I go to bed.

SPRING

Every morning I feel the warmth of my bed.
I hear baby birds chirp.
I smell after rain freshness.
I see flowers blooming in the garden.
I taste a special souffle breakfast.

Every day I feel a cool draft coming through the house.
I hear the roar of lawn mowers.
I smell flowers growing in the garden.
I see little buds on the trees starting to bloom.
I taste the richness of chocolate.

Every evening I feel the weight of a cat in my lap.
I hear the croak of frogs in the pond.
I smell fresh cut grass.
I see dandelions sprouting through the fields.
I taste the freshness of a strawberry banana smoothie.

Every night I feel the weight of a blanket.
I hear the boom of thunder.
I smell the late night cool air.
I see the room light up from a flash of lightning.
I taste toothpaste as I go to bed.
