The Rain

I love the rain
When it drips from my nose
I like it best
When it drenches my clothes.

I like the puddles it makes
On every single street
I like to cause mischief
And splash people I meet.

And to kiss in the rain
Is an awful lot of fun
I think it’s more romantic
Than kissing in the sun.

Don’t forget the April showers
That most people hate
I just don’t understand it
April showers are great!

Lastly, I love how the rain
Washes sadness away
When I’m feeling down
And my whole world is grey
I do a special rain dance
And the rain comes out to play.
