Promise Of the Sun

The Sun arises on it's way across.
The ray's beaming, another day begun.
Another chance for the soul lost,
A gift in the promise of the sun.

If you have an ear to hear,
or maybe have eye's to see,
in the wind the whisper is clear,
we are never alone you and me.

In the Creator's promise of the Sun,
A gift of a new day.
To fight in the battle already won,
Knowing the price He did In love pay.

So the still small voice dose speak.
to the sad, sensitive and broken.
Those that can hear are the meek
In His Light is the Truth spoken.

In that light is a promise to heal,
and to truth do the pure of heart run,
not afraid but ready to feel,
the power in the promise of the sun.
