The origin of Wood Elves

The Origin of the Wood Elves of Wooddain/Muri'Alor and the White elves

We go back in time for about 800,000 years ago from the main story this will explain how Wood Elves came into existence.
A proud Continent Hanoran ruled by the White elves of Hanoran. One of the most beautiful races ever existed. With great white cities and the most green forests any eyes ever experienced. The White Elves had much knowledge  and are a very proud race.
As thousands of years passed by the white elves experienced an difference between themselves. They already had love for nature and the animals. But some were even more drawn to nature then any normal white elf would be. As thousands of years passed by these white elves that were completely one with nature began living deep in the Hanorian forests and started with only 3 thousand people. They only cared for the forests and nothing else. They did not care for wars or power then the normal White Elves did. Time after time they refused to fight against the legions of darkness and wanted to be left alone to care for nature. They began worshipping the Nature Spirits even more . Nature Spirits are the protectors of life and so these white elves that were with few were called wood elves by the white elves. But 285.000 years ago Hanoran had a new High King and Emperor named Felthalor Grenori. He was inspired by the wood elves and there harmony and peace with themselves and the world. He began supporting them and the unrest between the white elves and wood elves was restored. But the war of the gods was still going on . The Dark Elves in South Hanoran and the dark people from Umbahr that lies west of Hanoran kept attacking.
Felthalor Grenori marched with his army to defend ther lands alongside the humans of light of the Azhurian Empire wich lies west from Umbahr. The golden king of Azhura was with Felthalor to battle the dark armies. For 285.00 years Felthalori ruled Hanoran but the battle on this day was his last . Mabesh The King of Umbahr defeated him while the armies were fighting eachother.  The golden King went in a rage and killed Mabesh.  The defending was won but with the loss of there king Unrest became a part of life of all the white elves. His last words: May every kind of elf take eachothers hand and embrace
there pointed ears as a sign of the same blood shared throughout the elven existence. We are family , we are brothers.
Isildar Grenori was his son Since Prince Isilder was the oldest child so he took over the government of Hanoran but was not much help to the wood elves. He did not share the words of his father: The White elves called wood elves that where closest to nature were discriminated even more and some were even killed or punished of false reasons. He hated the wood elves they live in trees , they climb trees, they did not care about the plagues , epedemics , problems and not even willing to fight in wars as long as the nature is unharmed. He was right , they did not help there fellow elfs so it is very understandable but his actions were cruel.  He executed more then 200,000 wood elves. This began the first Civil war of Hanoran. The Light Council could not do anything because Isildar didnt want them to decide for his land and people so he banished Hanoran out of the Light Council and turned his back on every allie. Golden King words: Is it not that the light is in existence for peace , are we not brothers , for though i have no pointed ears or talk like an elf nor do i act like one. Isnt of all the races and people of the light brothers too ? Why even slaying your closest brothers. Damned i say you , for darkness even holds his grasp unto one of the purest race the white elves.What has this world become to for i do not blame you my dear white elf , i blame darkness and demons itself for terrorizing us for countless ages. One day you will see what u have become.. Isildar did not share his view. The White elves
became known as an arrogant race and turned there backs on everyone. They claim to be the best race in existence.
Even so the civil wars continued for 10,000 years. Many people died for nothing, they fought only because of there differences.
But there was also an princess named Anorias Grenori Isildars younger sister. She was much like her father and felt more wood elf then a white elf. She was furious about how Isildar treated the wood elves. Isildar was filled with hate and said she was a disgrace for the people of Hanoran. On that day Anorias decided to lead the wood elves and fight the white elves back from there forests. She became the rebel Princess and lead her wood elven army against her own brothers army. The golden king decided to make an end of the civil wars and journeyed to Hanoran to give Isildar and Anorias an offer. The golden king lives in Azhura where a land called Wooddain or Muri'Alor named after the greatest nature spririt Muri'Alor. This great land that is part of the Azhura Continent was home to the nature spirits they worshipped . A land were only forests lies. The Golden King knew this land was suitable for the wood elves where they can live in peace and have there own empire. This land is the heart of all
nature across the world so he made his offer that the wood elves should go there , restore there peace and be as close with the nature spirits at the fullest. Anorias and the wood elves accepted immeadiatly. After that Isildar told the golden king and the
Light Council that the wood elves have to go out of Hanoran in 3 days or the ones left behind will be executed. The golden king was deeply pained by Isildars words , the bond between isildars father and the golden king were close but could not even recognize Isildars in his own father. He was relieved that Isildar accepted the offer. The golden king took all the wood elves
and princess Anorias to Wooddain and they began to rise as an empire and lived in peace once again and Anorias became the Queen and Empress of the wood elven race.

This just an explanation how wood elves came into existence. I thought wood elves are not just elves that live in trees.
Theres much more to it then that so i tried my best to give the wood elves there own history.
The reason why i put all this before the real main story begins is because i made whole maps of continents with many different races and empires. I want to make this into a real world so it takes alot of explanation to get you understand this world.and its history.
