Two Lovebirds

We journey to both ends of this vast, spacious Earth,
Two lovebirds entwined in peace
And blissful harmony; 
A breathtaking encounter between the ocean and sky
In close proximity
To our hovering gaze.   

The distances lay smooth and glimmering
In the pathways ahead,
As we follow the grandest designs
Of Mother Earth to our spiritual ascent; 
The day becomes night,
Then the dawn envelops us
With its tranquility and radiance.   

For love is the gifted truth of all desires,
A glorious caring for both partner and self
Which spans all eternity,
And which lays in the hands
Of our merciful Creator.
