It's a warm and sunny day, as I stand over the first tee.
I feel nervous as 12 people look over to me.
The attention I am getting is an overwhelming delight,
but when I show off my practise swing my pupils get an almighty fright.
My ball travels just passed the tee.
"I want my money back" shouts Darren McGee.
Patience was wearing thin throughout the group.
As a Pro Golfer my experience I could pass on.
Unfortunently for them my PGA qualifications were a con.
I had never played golf and didn't know the rules.
My charm was my only guidance to get me through.
"Wake up David, your late for work" barked sue.
This dream was over and probably a good job too.
