Deep Depths

Deep in the depths of my God given mind.
This evil lurks and haunts me all the time.
I can't overcome all its power do you see?.
Always there in my dreams haunting me.

It will take God to control this evil thing.
Drive it from my mind and out of dreams.
It keeps control over my most inner soul.
Holds my freedom in every way you know?

I'll ask God to drive this thing from my life.
Cast it out and away so I won't have strife.
God the almighty will stand with me too.
Take control of this thing making me blue.

Someday I will regain my freedom again.
Overcome this evil and cast it to the wind.
It will never again haunt deep in my mind.
Once it is driven out freedom will be mine.
