A made up word for a very real condition faced by all human beings.

Full of people
Cattle with opposable thumbs
Always ready for battle
With no one to fight
But for themselves
Some of them are sheep turned wolves
Their hungry guts ache for more
Insatiable needs trump all reason
The two are indistinguishable
To those that are blind
Heathens and heretics alike
Pillars of society dressed
Like mediocre circus clowns
That have long since been
Not even a bit funny
Some of us see
Some of us with eyes
Others with our minds
Both will not allow them to lie
Full on people like us exist
Creatures incapable
Of doing what it takes
To be so incredibly numb
Even more look away
Unwilling to accept
All the hidden killers
Looking for a victim
Practicing with a weapon
Uncalloused are their hands
Vanity as always is king
Look at me many scream
Ignore all else many plead
Arrogance all do bleed
Hemorrhaging offers little relief
Death will come as sure as the sun
Living is another matter entirely
What we do, could be confused
Mistaken for what it’s not
Instead of scrutinized
For what it has become
A giant, understated pandifference
A made up word for a real condition
Facing all of us who are alive
Claiming just because our hearts beat
That gives us every right
This world was made for us
Or at least we think it was
Nothing could be further from the truth
We are a splinter in the forest of existence
We are insignificant in every way defined
God is our creation and thus our damnation
To our own words we have become enslaved
Weakened fools in an existence of terrifying creatures
There are many cattle and only a few wolves
The hunger on both sides never ends
Their lies the pandifference of who we are
And what we have allowed ourselves to become…
