One can find a handful of answers from books to real success stories of people and right from the mouth of the experts. People take different views on what success means to them which mostly
come from personal experience. For some, success means financial security. Others define success as having raised great kids. Some people describe success as having achieved their goals by going the extra mile. Still others believe that success is simply doing something that will last or make others happy.

With the growing global competition, it is important to show positive energy, to lead and to communicate with confidence. As times get hard, it is genuine to stay focused and humble in taking charge of ones’ life. This doesn't mean that one can't make mistakes in life. Real simply means owning life’s failures and learning from all those mistakes. It also means moving forward with a renewed spirit.

Individuals can become successful in business or in life if they start to plan out and prepare to set up short-term goals before fulfilling them. There’s no such thing as instant success. Success does not also happen accidentally because it is always something that one should work on every single day. Washington wrote, “The measure of success is not so much by the position that one has reached in life as by the obstacles that he has overcome.”
