I see
I feel
I believe
Nothing true
I refuse
I stand
Despite the risk
Devoid of cause
Unafraid of affect
I know
More than most
Deep in my bones
I’m gonna pay
Bloody hell
God won’t forgive
Nor should he
I am doomed
I’ve done it all
Confession
No redemption
No adaptation
Truly exposed
Inward out it flows
In these bloody hands
A heart does beat
A continuation breathes
Nothing is left to chance
I know every risk
To me, they
All of them
Are just as plain as day
Right as rain
Falling down
All around
Like a tear
Both his and mine
He gave me life
I took it away
It now belongs to me
A sustainable right
A precious plight
Given in jest
Or so I lament
I will do what I wish
No regrets
And if I do
They are secrets
To be closely kept
Between him and I
God understands me
And if he does not
Such understanding
Matters completely none
When I die
I will go to his Heaven
And I will face my judgment
What will be said
Will forever be
Just as it was in life
Between him and I
I am unafraid
Unconcerned
I am living as I wish
There will be a price
There always is
I know that
And so does god…
