The First Times

The fog from my quick heavy breaths clung to my face. I stopped to catch my breath, i turned to see Kacy approaching. She beamed at me.
"I wasn't sure i could catch you!" she said gasping for air.
"Well coach said i need to practice." I breathed. She stared at me for a second looking confused and then in a flash the predicted anger crossed her face.
"Ughh i cant believe that man!" She growled, "you're practicing all the time already, and i mean its not like your slow, you're the fastest runner they've ever had at Wilson!" She looked as she normally did when things came up about track. And its not like she was wrong, i mean by far the fastest runner they've ever had in track at Wilson.
"Well yeah." I said jokingly, "But i agree i do think i should take a break, and maybe just maybe, i'll go to that party with Amy and Jess tomorrow." i giggled
"OMG!OMG! I cant believe you just said that! I am so excited! We haven't gone to a party all together in ages!" she babbled. Her fiery red hair tangled in the October wind. I always think when she babbles about stuff like this. Her freckled ivory skin made her even more desirable to all the guys at my school. Her black beanie looked like it was ready to fly off her curly hair. She had a white tank top under her low cut "All You Need Is Love" t-shirt. Her ripped white skinny jeans looked cold in the wind. Kacy was definitely a different person before she lost her virginity, back then she was a "goody-goody", but now she is more of her own person. And by no means i she a "slut", and i mean nobody ever thought that. I mean there are only like 5 people in our grade, including me, that haven't had sex yet.
"Are you even listening to me!?" Kacy laughed.
"Maybe," I giggled. The bus approached. I walked on like any other day, I saw Amy and Jessica gossiping in there usual seat. I sat right behind them like normal, and Kacy sat right next to me and happily blurted out the news, about me coming to the party. Amy giggled.
"Should we tell her now then?' Amy said to Jess.
"Well I guess, we've kept it a secret long enough." Jess giggled glancing at me.
"What?" I said.
"Well you know that Carter Hanson kid, and that Mason Faldion kid, and also Jobe Mogs?" Amy whispered with a huge smile.
"Yeah why?" I said.
"Well they all have MAJOR crushes on you!" Jess continued, "And maybe you will have, by the end of the month, had your first kiss and stuff." She approached the topic tenderly, i mean she knew i was a virgin and she and the others wanted that to change, and in a way so did i. And they also knew that i have liked Carter since the 7th grade.
"Well maybe." i said softly. CRAP! What did i just say! I threw on my headphones and cranked up my music. I hope they didn't hear that.
