Halloween

Cookies and candy oh so sweet
Ghost and goblins on the street
Begging for candy they need more
Sneeking up the sidewalk to knock on the door.

Walking around this spooky town
Listening to all the loud sounds
Laughter and cries do ring out
Parents saying no while the children pout

Tired they all my seem
Hurry home its time to dream
Tuck them in nice and tight
Its been another great Halloween night.
