Win it on the B of the Bang

Starter's gun
Race begun

Reach the wall
Win it all

This Small Stone is a three-stanza couplet.  It uses 3 syllables per line and has a rhyming scheme of AABBCC.
This poem is based on my memories of swimming at major international competitions, such as a Paralympic Games.  The title may appear not to fit but it comes from an athlete who attempted to be first off the block as soon as the starting gun sounded. "B of the Bang"
