FOOTSTEPS



Look where we are

some cant even afford a car.

Our country is in a tough position

we have given up on our religion

no more in God we trust

that seems like a must.



Let us look at the Romans

how they fell

they were perfect

they were the pros

but they weren't perfect enough

I suppose.



They conquered the land

and kept the peace

but they were done

before they'd planned.



Why did they fall

to defeat them was a task that seemed quite tall.

It was easy

and this is why.



The people destroyed them

not opposing

but them

they borrowed money

that was never paid back

which left them no money

for when they defended attack.



The opposed took over

the middle ages was left over

there was plague

there disease

lets not let this happen to America

can we please?
