What I intend for 2014 283 words
Dear me,
Here it is 2014, January13, and yet what writing have I done for this year. Nothing. Absolutely (yes you hear it ) nothing! Thoughts, Oh yes, I've had lots of thoughts on writing, but my brain seems to think it needs a break. I have to laugh as I wonder, how many times does a brain really need to take a break? I have NEVER heard of a brain taking a week off. Sure, there a people in comas, people who don't belong in consciousness any more, and are perfectly happy to live where their brain has taken them. But NEVER has mine taken a week off!

Lets think about that. If your brain decided to take a week off your body would stop. Your heart would beat, and possibly some things may work, but your brain shows no activity. Now the people around you, your loved one, friends, etc., would think that you are BRAIN DEAD! WOW! You would be in the hospital, tubes coming out from everywhere, and you could be on life support. What a fine pickle your brain has decided to get you into. No writing, no feelings, no comments, tears, etc. Just gone. Life would go on, but the people who love you would have to stop just as your brain has.

So what is my point?

Here it is. WAKE UP BRAIN! Start writing again. Show your emotions, feelings, or use your imagination. Shake your brain awake.Tell it to get busy. Life is passing quickly, and you need to get your brain thinking so you can write, write, and write some more.

Happy New Year to all.
