Running for this girl was the worst experience she ever had and hates any other opinion.
It started as a crawl
Then a walk
And finally to a run.

Many see it as freedom,
But I say it is a form of torment.

I used to love walking
And an occasional run,
Where nature protects me
Against the mindless ones.

However, a spark began
Which turned into flames
And my walk turned to running.

I kept running
Never stopping
Till the mindless ones sprung their trap.

Their glees and smirks were havoc
And my mind shut down.

When I peeled my eyes open,
I was standing on top of a thick smug
And the smell was sufficating
While the touch was burning.

They ordered me to run
And so I did,
But my running gradually slowed
Then the holes appeared on my body.

I cried
I screamed
But I never died
Always running forevermore.

The lazy mindless ones soon fell asleep
And I made my escape on the second year.

I never stopped running
Even when I fell
For my skin was no more
Only blood and bones
And I kep on running ever since.

Whoever says running is freedom
I never agreed
Because it was my first pain
And my first death.
